so glad we choose it, it's unique base for staying in bath. the hotel had helpful staff members. very clean unit. had breakfast for gbp 6 per person.

The staff was lovely, the bed was comfortable. Moreover, free Wi Fi was provided. We went to Plate, located very close to, to have some dinner.
The bathrooms are tiny.

We had the queen room which was good sized. Host was HELPFUL. The guest house was ideally located. Plus, we were 15 mins by foot from fashion museum. The breakfast included fruit, coffee, tea and croissants for everyone.
